Spanish theme work in 4th-6th grade

4th, 5th and 6th grate, in Barnaskólinn á Eyrarbakka og Stokkseyri (Iceland), focused on three things, Montearagón castle, city of Jaca and Vikings in Iceland.

The students were divided in to three mixed groups from all the classes. One group took Montearagón, another took the city of Jaca and the third Vikings. We got a scholar to come and talk to the kids about Aragon and the Vikings. They made a poster of the subject there group had. There were six teachers and three support personnel with 32 students. It was a lot of fun and the kids enjoyed it.
